With Google Fit, you don’t need a fitness wearable – just your phone!
If you don’t have a wearable fitness device, but have an Andriod phone, you can use the Google Fit App to connect to Wanngi to keep all your health and fitness information in one place.
What is Google Fit?
Google Fit is a health-tracking platform, similar to FitBit or Strava, that works with Andriod and WearOS. It connects with many devices, but if you don’t have any of these devices, but do have an Andriod phone, Google Fit can still track your workouts!
Using an Andriod Phone as a Fitness Device
If you have your phone whilst you are walking or running, Google Fit will track your calories, steps, distance, elevation, and duration, which you can connect straight to Wanngi. Using Wanngi, you can set goals, which empowers you with your own health health information.
I have an iPhone – can I still use Google Fit?
Unfortantely, you can’t use an iPhone as a fitness device with Google Fit. However, if you have a WearOS device, you can download the WearOs App on the App Store, which uses Google Fit. You can then connect to Wanngi using the Google Fit Service.
